  I had a horrible experience here. I got the battery in my iPhone changed 2 weeks ago. The battery was worse than my original battery. I brought the phone back and they offered to replace it, which was fine. After they installed the replacement battery (which they didn't verify to be working correctly), I took my phone home. I couldn't get my phone to charge over 1-3% and it would shut down after about a minute, even if it was plugged in. At this point I was frustrated and went to the Apple store instead. The Apple store asked to wipe my phone to narrow down the issue to a hardware issue. They thought maybe the phone had been damaged while the battery was being changed. They suggested we get a new phone because it seemed like my phone was destroyed. At this point I was stressed out because I didn't want to buy a new phone when I had a perfectly functional phone before this battery issue. We called Batteries plus Bulbs back and they suggested we bring it in and they could try to change the charging port if necessary. After we brought it back in, it was discovered that the battery had been installed incorrectly. They were able to fix it at that point, but we wasted an entire day going to the Apple store and now i have to spend hours re-downloading all the things that had been wiped off my phone. We also almost purchased a brand new $500-1,000 phone because of this error. They were able to finally resolve the issue, but I would never recommend this store.
