  I had a great experience at Best Buy. I went for an open box product. Bottom line, there was going to be difficulty in getting the item delivered to my daughter's address. After discussion, I came away with a newer, better product then I had gone to get. The newer, better product was very, very slightly higher in price than the lesser quality/older model. The manager and the sales person worked very hard to provide extraordinary customer service.

  This store is okay. Usually I'm never approached by an associate, but when I am, I try to not ask questions, as I don't like the hard-sale pressure. My wife and I were interested in buying a new TV and had several questions regarding the new technology. The associates kept pushing us to pay more than we wanted and to buy their HDMI cables, but couldn't explain why their $80 cable was better than a $20 cable from Amazon, despite having the same specifications and certifications. Finally we got tired of the high pressure sales tactics and bought everything on Amazon. Like others have said, the associates can read labels but aren't fully knowledgeable on the products and are unable to better help customers who have done research. Sometimes it's nice just picking an item up from a store, rather than ordering it online. For this location, though, I'd much rather order online and not interact with the sales staff.

  The customer service at this location does not stand up to the prices set for the same products you can buy elsewhere much cheaper. After having the best buy card, having impeccable history of payments, I feel that this store's management does not care about the business I brought to this location. Therefore, my review is 1 star and the next step is never go back to Best Buy again, cancel my card. Thank you!
