- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆April 30, 2020, by Kelly FordI ordered countertops from kitchen Master (cambria) they were not cut correctly. They said it would be 7-10 business days before my new ones came in. I was am completely fine with that but they want me to pay for a plumber to come out twice instead of once due to their mistake. We asked for compensation for the additional plumber we have to have come out and they said to contact Cambria. Crazy! They sell cambria. They sold me my counters (which are not fully installed yet) but won’t back their product that they are selling. It’s not my mistake and I shouldn’t have to be charged extra for your product you are selling. Other option is to be without water for 7-10 days while the make new counters for me. Completely disappointed in the customer service and would not use this company.
