  From our first meeting until the completion of our kitchen, Mince Kitchen and Bath Design was an absolute pleasure to work with. Before the project began, they came to us with a creative design that utilized our space in a way that no other company saw. They really listened to us during our design sessions and had ideas that matched our preferences. The wonderful Mince team accompanied us on shopping trips as part of the project scope. We felt comfortable expressing our ideas knowing that we were working with great people that would listen and guide us to our perfect kitchen. One construction began, the Mince team was on site almost every day to manage the project. The contractor they work with is experienced and professional. They showed up at 8 AM every day of our project and made sure we were satisfied with the progress, and that we knew what to expect next. The team even bonded with our 2 dogs and let them hang around during the day. As the project progressed, we saw that some of our initial decisions were misguided. During our planning sessions, we wanted a change to the design that Mince originally proposed. Once the plan was implemented as we requested, we realized that the original design was much better. The Mince team reverted to the original design without hesitation or additional cost. The Mince team brought a great deal of experience to the project. Throughout the construction process, the team would suggest minor changes that they thought would improve the kitchen. These changes often required additional work for the contractor, but were done without complaint or additional cost. In the end, the project was completed a week ahead of schedule and on budget. During every step of the process, Mince was there to make sure we were satisfied. I know that they were determined to give us our perfect kitchen, and they succeeded. I never imagined that pulling down walls and completely changing my home could be so stress free, but Mince Kitchen and Bath Design made it that way.
