  The Premier Group implemented a solution for my home about 6 years ago. The system they implemented has been by far the most frustrating thing in our home. Please use this company if you desire to have an ongoing source of tension in your home with little hope of relief from the tension. All this comes with a hefty price tag AND the promise of "making life easier". While they may appear competent in the install phase and they will likely promise to document fully their work. They don't even document it fully enough for their own service technicians to know how to do work on the system they implemented. More specifically they will charge you for their time while a new person attempts to comprehend what has previously been done. That person will leave employment with Premier Group within a relatively short amount of time and this knowledge will be lost also. When various parts of the system fail, they will likely tell you that parts are no longer available and suggest a quite expensive alternative. If you do some research you will likely find that the product is still available. Then you will have to ask them to do the work on the parts that you find and hope they are willing to do so because it is "outdated technology."
